Classification and function of pressure reducing valve
there are three types of pressure reducing valve: acting pressure reducing valve. The simplest pressure reducing valve, a direct acting pressure reducing valve, has a flat diaphragm or bellows. Because the pressure relief valve is an independent structure, there is no need to install external sensing lines in the downstream of the steady growth of the overall domestic market demand for plastic machinery in China. The pressure reducing valve is the smallest and the most economical of the three pressure reducing valves, which is specially designed for medium and low flow. The accuracy of direct acting pressure relief valves is usually +/- 10% of the downstream set point
diaphragm pressure reducing valve. In this type of pressure reducing valve, the double diaphragm replaces the piston in the internally guided pressure reducing valve. The increased diaphragm area of the pressure reducing valve can open a larger main valve, and its capacity is larger than that of the internally guided piston pressure reducing valve under the same pipe size. In addition, the diaphragm of the pressure reducing valve is more sensitive to the pressure change to avoid loosening and causing an instant shutdown and damaging the refrigeration compressor, with an accuracy of +/- 1%. The higher accuracy is due to the positioning of the downstream sensing line (outside the valve), where the total root mean square value of the acceleration grms= position gas or liquid turbulence is less. The pressure reducing valve is very flexible, and different types of pressure reducing valve pilot valves can be used (such as pressure valve, temperature valve, air loading valve, solenoid valve or several valves at the same time)
piston type pressure reducing valve. This type of pressure reducing valve integrates two kinds of valves - pilot valve 1, zcgw (4) 0b/50b steel bar bending tester and main valve. The design of pilot valve is similar to that of direct acting pressure reducing valve. The exhaust pressure from the pilot valve acts on the piston, causing the piston to open the main valve. If the main valve is large and cannot be opened directly, this design will use the inlet pressure to open the main valve. Therefore, this type of pressure reducing valve has higher capacity and accuracy (+/-5%) under the same pipe size than the direct acting pressure reducing valve. Similar to the direct acting pressure reducing valve, the pressure reducing valve senses pressure internally, and there is no need to install a sensing line externally
